Submitting a request through the Site does not guarantee that you will be matched with a lender or approved for a loan. Any loan offer, including its rates, amounts and terms, is made solely by the lender and is subject to that lender's underwriting criteria and applicable state and tribal law. You and Green Plains Loan waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
