This Electronic Communications Consent ("E-Consent") explains how Green Plains Loan ("we," "us" or "our") delivers disclosures, notices and records to you electronically under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (the "E-Sign Act"). By using the website at greenplainsloan.com (the "Site") and agreeing to this E-Consent, you consent to receive Communications (defined below) electronically.

"Communications" means any disclosures, agreements, notices, statements, records, and other information we, our lenders, or our partners provide to you or that you submit through the Site. Your consent applies to all Communications related to your use of the Site and any loan request or transaction you initiate, to the extent permitted by law.
